The property itself was beautiful, with a great pool area surrounded by jungle. the room was spacious and had a private hot tub on the balcony, which was a nice touch. the staff at the bar were friendly and there was a book swap available.
there was a lack of customer service. There was no check-in service and communication with the property was difficult.

Great location for sightseeing and exploring around here. We stayed in a suite for one night which was really cozy. The free WiFi was a nice bonus! 😊

it was a great hotel, we loved it. penthouse studio included a minibar, climate control and a safe. there is restaurant passions at the premises. free wi-fi worked.
